Minimum Booking: 2 Nights

ZAR 6,200 per night - Discount for up to 8 guests using up to 4 bedrooms:
ZAR 5,000 per night - Discount for up to 4 guests using up to 3 bedrooms:
ZAR 4,000 per night - Discount for 1 or 2 guests using 1 bedroom only:
ZAR 3,500 per night (non-refundable)
High Demand Nights: Any night booked is on a weekend or long weekend, or between 15 December to 7 January
NORMAL DEMAND NIGHTS, or more than 3 nights, or returning guests

Returning Guests: Person who makes the booking has booked and stayed at TBR in the past 12 months and it is for the same group
CHILL STAYS of more than 6 nights

MIDWEEK tuesday & wednesday 2 nights

- Up to 4 guests using 2 bedrooms only:
ZAR 3,000 per night - 1 or 2 guests using 1 bedroom only:
ZAR 2,000 per night
Excludes: A week with a public holiday, or 15 December to 7 January
Refundable Breakage Deposit
A Refundable Breakage Deposit (RBD) to be paid 3 days before arrival. Amount to be confirmed upon booking enquiry.
- Bookings via our website (Booking Form) or a third party: ZAR 3,500 (1 – 5 guests) or ZAR4,500 (6 – 12 guests).
- Booking enquiries via Facebook Messenger: ZAR 1,700 (1 – 5 guests) or ZAR 3,500 (6 – 12 guests).
- Returning guests: To be confirmed upon booking enquiry.
The RBD will be refunded in accordance with our Rental Terms and Conditions.
INCLUDED & Optional Extras Available On Request
INCLUDED IN RATE
- A departure & linen clean. Guests are responsible to properly wash all the kitchenware they used and follow departure instructions.
- Firewood: 1 bag per night booked.
Optional Extras Available On Request
- Cleaning services on day of arrival, departure or during stay can be requested at the time of booking. Subject to availability.
- Additional firewood can be pre-ordered or deducted from the RBD after departure.
- Booking a guided game-drive in an open vehicle with Zwartkoof Adventures: Details provided upon booking confirmation.
Conservation Levy
A Conservation Levy of R100 per vehicle entering Zwarkloof Private Game Reserve (ZPGR) is implemented effective 1 February 2025 by the Homeowners Association (HOA) for all vacation home rental guests.
Until the main security gate can accommodate card payments by rental guests, we will add the amount to our rental invoice as we will be invoiced by the HOA.
Arrival & Departure Times
Arrival time: From 2pm
Departure time: By 10am
Early arrival or late departure times can be requested and is solely at our discretion.
LAST MINUTE BOOKING SPECIALS
Special rates on request for bookings 3 – 7 days before arrival date and for up to 6 guests.

Booking & Payment Terms
- Minimum booking: 2 nights.
- Minimum booking for public holiday long weekends, 15 Dec – 7 Jan may apply: 3 nights.
- Children of all ages are regarded as guests, and therefore included in the applicable rate per night. Exception: babies younger than 6 months.
- Total number of guests (including children and their ages) are to be provided upon booking enquiry.
- Rate per night is calculated on the maximum number of guests on any of the nights or days.
- Day visitors are not allowed.
- Sub-renting and third-party bookings are not allowed.
- Before booking we advise to read important considerations about our house (especially parents of children) and what is prohibited inside Zwartkloof Private Game Reserve. Click on the following link: Important Considerations.
- Upon booking, an invoice and link to our Rental Terms & Conditions will be emailed. By paying the amount required to secure a booking, the guest automatically acknowledge that they have read and agreed to the Rental Terms & Conditions, which includes rules for all persons entering ZPGR.
- A booking is only confirmed when the required payment reflects in our bank account.
- Identification details of all guests and vehicles are required 5 days before arrival to arrange security access into ZPGR.
- Discounted rates offered for 1 – 4 people in 1 – 3 bedrooms: other bedrooms will be locked.
- Rates and T&C’s are subject to change.
Cancellations & Refunds
Bookings may not be transferred to a third party and/or sub-rented
- 100% refund if cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival date.
- 25% refund if cancelled more than 14 days prior to arrival date of the first 3 nights paid, and full refund of the balance paid for the other nights.
- 0% refund if cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival date of the first 3 nights paid, and full refund of the balance paid for the other nights.
