Important Considerations
- This is a private vacation home – the family has fully equipped it for themselves before making it available as a rental for other discerning guests to also enjoy, and still uses it as their vacation home
- CHILDREN UNDER 12: We do not market or recommend our house for guests with children from crawling age to 12 looking for a child-friendly or child-safe place. Children are at parents, and at our absolute final discretion. Subject to change
- All patios are elevated and there are NO barriers
- NO pool safety net (pool is on the main patio)
- All outside and bathroom doors are glass
- Linen and towels (white), soft furnishing (light beige/cream), cutlery, crockery, glassware, equipment are for discerning and mindful guests
- No curtains or blinds in any of the bedrooms. Bedroom windows are tinted, and there is no reason for people to move in front of the bedrooms
- Solar-electrical geysers and solar electricity (only oven work from Eskom grid)
- Wheelchair accessibility: 3 steps between carport and front door. Crushed stone to open braai
- Signal booster in the house improves coverage of mobile networks (Vodacom coverage is more reliable)

Fires in designated areas only. Fires should be completely killed when leaving an area and in case of strong windy conditions
Silence must be maintained
during certain hours
Fauna
may not be disturbed or fed
Flora
may not be damaged or removed
NO littering
Non-adherence to the HOA rules would lead to denial or revoking of access and/or a fine as determined by the HOA
